The website is built on WordPress and is supported by website-hosting and maintenance providers, including GoDaddy and Mainstreethost. WordPress, hosting systems, and administrative tools may use cookies or similar technologies for website operation, authentication, administrative preferences, security, error detection, traffic management, and system maintenance. Administrative cookies are generally intended for authorized users who sign in to manage the website rather than ordinary visitors.
The website uses Wordfence for security. Wordfence may process IP addresses, request information, browser details, login activity, and information associated with suspected malicious or abusive activity. Wordfence generally does not use front-end cookies by default for ordinary visitors, although certain authentication, login-security, or configured security features can set cookies for authorized users or specific circumstances.
Google Analytics 4
HLK uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand general website use and performance, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors reach the website, the approximate length and sequence of visits, general device and browser information, and broad geographic information derived from an IP address.
GA4 may set first-party cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_<container-id>.” Google describes these cookies as being used to distinguish users and maintain session state. Their default expiration is two years, although the actual duration can be changed through account settings and may be shortened by browser limits, deletion, or other technical controls.
For the HLK GA4 property, Google Signals is disabled and user-provided data collection is disabled. Google processes analytics information under its own systems, settings, terms, and privacy practices.
Reviews and externally loaded content
The website uses Trustindex to display customer reviews. When an external review script, widget, or related content loads, the provider may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, and the page requesting the content. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own configuration and privacy practices. HLK does not control every cookie or retention setting used by an independent external provider.
Caching and image optimization
The website uses local caching and image-optimization tools to improve loading speed, reliability, and delivery of website files. These tools may use browser cache, local storage, server-side cached files, delivery logs, or similar technical methods. They do not necessarily place a browser cookie each time the website is visited.

5. Information These Technologies May Process

HLK does not use GA4 user-provided data collection for information such as customer email addresses or telephone numbers, and Google Signals is disabled for the HLK property. Information a visitor chooses to submit through a website form or another communication method is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy.
6. Current Consent-Banner Status
As of the effective date of this notice, the website does not display a general cookie-consent banner. Visitors can manage cookies through their browser or device settings and may use available provider opt-out tools.
If HLK later implements a consent-management tool, the website may offer controls to accept, reject, or manage optional technologies and to withdraw or change a prior choice. Technologies that are necessary to operate or secure the website may remain active where they are required for those purposes. The specific categories and controls displayed by a future consent tool will depend on the website configuration and applicable requirements at that time.

HLK may add, remove, replace, or reconfigure analytics, security, review, hosting, performance, form, advertising, conversion-measurement, consent, or other website technologies. When a material change affects this notice, HLK will update the notice and effective date.
